Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

With all original tags/labels attached

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

Return shipping costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are usually the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

USA orders & import duties
For all orders shipped to the USA:

Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by US customs and/or the courier.

The courier will typically contact you via the email address or phone number you provided at checkout to request payment of these charges.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure these import fees and duties are paid. It is not our responsibility to monitor or pay these charges on your behalf.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have.

Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
We do not currently offer automatic “like-for-like” exchanges; all exchanges are processed as a new purchase after a refund.
European Union – 14-day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
To use this right:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging).

You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
This statutory right runs alongside our 30-day return policy but does not extend it.
Refunds

We will notify you by email once we have received and inspected your return.

We will let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
